Rosenberg’s Bagels has the best East Coast style bagels in the area and is one of our favorite Saturday morning stops.
Safta is one of the best restaurants in Denver and features Middle Eastern and North African food and is where Jacob worked for a year.
Cart Driver has great pizza and cocktails.
Denver Central Market is one of Denver’s food halls with lots of lunch options.

DRINK
Lekker is a mother-daughter run coffee shop.
Death & Co is cocktail bar with drinks featuring every type of liquor imaginable.
Ratio Beerworks and Our Mutual Friend are two of our favorite local breweries.

SHOP
Conifer is a local shop with good from small-batch artists.
Meek has fun modern and vintage household items and clothing.

Capitol Hill/Downtown

EAT
Subculture is a sub shop with countless sandwich options.

DRINK
Hudson Hill is a coffee shop with a great vibe.
Room for Milly is a cute bar with great drinks.

SHOP
Kilgore Books is our favorite used bookstore.
REI is an outdoors store and is fun experience if you’ve never been.
Tattered Cover is Denver’s local bookstore with a few locations.

DO
Wander the
Denver Art Museum in Capitol Hill or Museum of Contemporary Art.
Explore a different universe at
Meow Wolf adjacent to downtown.
Rent bikes from REI and ride along Cherry Creek Trail adjacent to downtown .

South Denver

EAT
Kaos has wood-fired pizza and an outdoor patio.
Fire on the Mountain has wings with 20+ sauce options and great beer.

DRINK
Steam has great coffee and locations.
Tokyo Premium Bakery is a Japanese bakery with pastries and drinks.

SHOP
Dona Forta is a beautiful boutique with sustainable and small batch clothing.

DO
Walk through the
South Pearl Farmer’s Market on Sunday morning in South Denver.

North Denver

EAT
Linger has international street food and a great rooftop.

DRINK
Steam has great coffee and locations in both South Denver and the Highlands.
Lady Jane is a cool concept with great cocktails in the Highlands.

SHOP
Miller Lane Mercantile is a store with beautiful home goods in the Highlands.
Dona Forta is a beautiful boutique with sustainable and small batch clothing.

Outside the City

Go on a hike at Matthews / Winters Park for beginners or in Golden Gate Canyon for more of a challenge.
Go to
Red Rocks for a hike or a concert.
Float on Clear Creek if it’s a hot day in Golden.
Cheer on the
Colorado Rapids at a soccer game.
